Pizza
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Called a pick up order in at 5:15 pm and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. We arrived slightly after 5:35 pm. Pizza was not ready until 6:15pm. Sitting in a car with my 2 year old waiting as my wife waited inside for 40 minutes became very frustrating. If the order was going to take 1 hour they should have told us one hour, not 20 minutes. The pizza is descent, but they need to place some focus on timing the orders.

Good BBQ chicken pizza. Good value for size. Ample seating. Chicken quality could use an upgrade. Great sauce. On street parking. Would have been nice to get a menu with my pizza so I can see what else they make.

The staff is super friendly, the pizza is delicious, and the prices are VERY reasonable. The BBQ Chicken pizza is especially yummy. I highly recommend Packman's!!!!!

Great pizza, we got the Bacon, chicken ranch and the Hawaiian. We got an order of cheese bread also. Everything tastes fresh and was delicious. The waitress and I believe an owner so very friendly and helpful. If you want a menu she said you can find it under pictures on their Facebook page, but she is trying to get it uploaded to yelp also. Can't wait for pizza night again because we will be back to try more.

Saw a Restaurant.com certificate for PackMan's Family Pizzeria and thought we would give it a try. Owner's wife took our order over the phone and she was very nice. (We opted to pick up the pizza instead of having it delivered to check out the place). Upon arrival, you'll experience a friendly, no frills, family pizza place. A large stenciled sign let us know we arrived at the right location. PackMan's has 2 storefront windows with white Christmas lights surrounding the perimeter with a disco light to grab your attention. We didn't have the pleasure of seeing it on and flashing but we have before while driving by. The restaurant is very clean and they have about 12 tables ready to seat you. Decor could use a little help. Looks a little sad and drab for a Family Pizza Place. I'm also not a fan of stapling business cards and signs directly to a wall. It's all in the little details but then again, I'm a graphic designer and a little OCD with the fine details. Pizza was good, fresh ingredients and I enjoyed the side of garlic bread they gave us as a bonus. I'm not a fan of a thick edges on my pizza but being that it was hand tossed, that's what you get. My husband was happy because he got mine. The Italian Beef was tasty and they give you a side of Au jus. I picked off the Pepperoncinis though because I'm not a fan. Whoa, why all this food for 2 people? Well, the Restaurant.com certificate states for $4, you receive a $10 certificate but what I didn't see is the min. order is $20. So, for $14.80, we got all this food. Still a good deal but always read the fine print. We have so many pizza places in LaPorte, just add this one in your rotation.

Ordered a 14-inch Pizza with extra sausage as the only topping. Not much sausage for 'extra'. Pizza wasn't the best in La Porte, nor was it the worst. The grinders, on the other hand, are pretty good. Pizza had a huge tomato taste; not much cheese and meat was almost forgot, especially for an extra helping order. Wouldn't go there for a pizza again; but would go for a sandwich.
